| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法将176例(218耳)突发性耳聋患者按入院时间随机分为高压氧组和对照组、高压氧治疗(HBO)组90例(116耳)应用高压氧和药物治疗;对照组86例(102耳)单用药物治疗,疗程14d治疗结束后,对两组进行疗效评价。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论说明高压氧治疗突发性耳聋有效、安全,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen on sudden deafness. Methods 176 cases （218 ears） of sudden deafness in hospital were divided into hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） group and control group 90 cases （116 ears）. HBO group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and routine drugs and 86 cases （102 ears） of the control group were treated with routine drugs only. the course of treatment was 14 days we compared the effect of the two groups after the treatment. Results The curative effect rate of the treat group was better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness because of its effectively and safety. The method worth to be applied in clinic. |
