摘    要:目的 探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)与颌下腺对附睾头部附睾管结构的影响。方法 ICR系小鼠分成四组:假手术组、去颌下腺组、去颌下腺给药组、假手术给药组。应用体视学对切除颌下腺和给予HCG前后的小鼠附睾头部附睾管形态变化进行观察比较。结果 颌下腺切除后,附睾管上皮主细胞数密度减少,细胞核直径、体积变小。比表面增大。细胞高度变小。附睾管的管壁截面积减小、管腔周长和管腔比表面减少。与假手术组相比,切除颌下腺的小鼠给予HCG后,附睾管上皮主细胞数密度增加,细胞核直径、体积变大,比表面减小,细胞高度变大。附睾管的管壁截面积增大、管腔周长和管腔比表面增大。结论 切除颌下腺能抑制附睾上皮的合成分泌功能HCG能增强附睾上皮的合成分泌功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of human choriogonadotropin(HCG) and sialoadenectomy on structure of the epididymal duct in the mouse epididymis caput. Methods Mice of ICR strain were divided into four groups: sham operation, sialoadenectomy, sialoadenectomy combined with HCG given, sham operation with HCG given. Several stereological parameters for epididymal duct and principal cells in epididymal epithelium were measured under the micromeasuring ruler before and after sialoadenectomy and HCG injection. Results After sialoadenectomy, the stereological study showed as follows: the numerical density and height of principal cell were decreased(P<0 05), the diameter and volume of nucleus of principal cell were decreased(P<0 05) but the specific surface was increased(P<0 05), the wall section area, cavity diameter and cavity section area of the epididymal duct were reduced(P<0 05). Compared with the sham operation group, in sialoadenectomized mice after HCG administration, showed a marked increase in cell numerical density, cell height, nucleus diameter and volume(P<0 05); a concomitant increase in the wall section area, cavity centimeter and cavity section area of the epididymal duct was found(P<0 05). Conclusion Sialoadenectomy can inhibit the synthesis and secretion of epididymal epithelium. HCG can enhance the synthesis and secretion of epididymal epithelium after sialoadenectomy.
