| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨218例颅内动脉瘤介入治疗患者围手术期的护理。方法：术前做好心理护理和基础护理,防止动脉瘤术前再次破裂。术后观察意识、瞳孔及生命体征,避免出血、血管痉挛等并发症。结果：成功栓塞218例动脉瘤,病人除1例因颅内多发动脉瘤未栓塞动脉瘤破裂出血死亡,另2例因严重蛛网膜下腔出血而死亡,其余均恢复良好。结论：血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤是一种安全、有效的治疗手段。
