| 摘 要： | 摘要：目的：探讨院内感染小儿肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）的治疗与预防措施。方法：选取2004年10至11月我院爆发的院内感染MPP患儿28例，总结分析其临床特点、治疗以及预防措施。结果：28例临床表现均有咳嗽，多为刺激性干咳，伴发热22例，喘憋8例，气促9例；同时均伴有不同程度的肺外表现，如恶心、呕吐、腹泻、鼻窦炎、口腔溃疡、中耳炎、皮疹、心律失常等。辅助检查MP—IgM均阳性。所有患儿经用阿奇霉素或红霉素治疗均痊愈。结论：小儿MPP临床表现多样，需结合实验室及辅助检查以早期明确诊断；并做好积极的防治工作，以防院内感染。
