亚硒酸钠对实验性冠脉痉挛诱发心肌细胞动作电位变化的影响

摘    要:在豚鼠实验性冠状动脉痉挛动物模型上,用浮置微电极技术,观察心肌细胞AP的改变以及亚硒酸钠对此改变的影响。静脉注射垂体后叶素(0.3 U/kg)后,APH降低28%,APD_(50)与APD_(50)分别缩短17%与15%。静注亚硒酸钠,AP未见明显变化。但在亚硒酸钠注射的基础上再给予同剂量的垂体后叶素,则上述各项指标减少程度均较单独注射垂体后叶素为轻。结果提示亚硒酸钠对实验性冠脉痉挛所诱发的AP改变有一定对抗作用。

Abstract:Change of myocardial cell action potential(AP) and the effects of Na_2SeO_3 on the change were studied on animal models of experimental coronary artery spasm in guinea pigs with flexibly mounted ultramicroelectrode technique. After pituitrin was given intravenously(0.3U/kg), APH was lowered by 28%, and APD50 and APD_(90) were shortened by 17% and 15% respectively. The AP did not show any obvious change following intravenous injection of Na_2SeO_3(1 mg/kg). However, on the basis of the injection of Na_2SeO_3, the same dosage of pituitrin induced much less effect than injection of pituitrin only. The results suggest that Na_2SeO_3 has certain antagonistic action on the changes of AP induced by experimental coronary artery spasm.
