沙培林和顺铂联合胸膜腔内注射治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效观察

目的研究沙培林和顺铂联合胸腔内注射对恶性胸水的治疗效果。方法全组共75例患者，分治疗组和对照组，治疗组(45例)应用沙培林和顺铂治疗，对照组(30例)仅用顺铂治疗，治疗前后观察胸水的变化。结果治疗组和对照组对恶性胸水的有效率分别为95.6%和46.7%。两组对比有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论沙培林和顺铂联合胸腔内注射治疗各种恶性胸水，毒性小，疗效肯定。

An observation on curative-effect of intrapleural injection of sapylin and cisplatin on malignant pleural effusions

Objective　To study the curative effect of intrapl eural injection of sapylin and cisplatin in malignant pleural effusions.Methods　75 cases patients were divided into two groups:45 pati ents were treated with sapylin(10～15KE) and cisplatin(60～80mg)via intrapleural injection(treatment group);and 30 patients were treated with cisplatin(60～80mg ) intrapleural injection(control group).The changes in volumn of pleural effusio n were observed.Results　At the end of treatment,the effective r ates of treatment group and control group were 95.6% and 46.7% respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.01).No remarkable side effects were seen. Co nclusions　The results suggest that sapylin in combination with cisplati n may be safe and effective in treating pleural effusions.
