| 摘 要： | 目的 :对 1 1 0种植物藏药进行抗肿瘤筛选。方法 :干燥植物样品粉碎后分别以石油醚及 90 %乙醇提取。用 90 %乙醇提取物对体外培养的 5种人体肿瘤细胞 :乳腺癌、肺癌、直肠癌、口腔上皮癌 (耐药性及非耐药性两种 )、前列腺癌及一种大鼠神经胶质肿瘤细胞进行筛选实验。结果 :有五种藏药 :桃儿七果实、藏木香、裸茎金腰、祁连圆柏、苍耳草具有较好的抗肿瘤作用。结论 :本研究对进一步研究、开发藏药提供科学的理论依据。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To screen antitumour medicine from 110 Tibetan medicines.METHODS:Dried plant materials were ground and were extracted by petrol ether and 90% ethanol separately.The 90% ethernal extracts were used to test cultured five human tumour cells:BC1,Lu1,Co12,KB and LNCaP and one rat tumour cell ASK.RESULTS:Five Tibetan medicines were found to display cytotoxic effects in cultured tumor cells.CONCLUSION:The result would be used as reference for further Tibetan medicine research. |
