高仿真心肺复苏模拟人教学中的沟通能力培养

目的:沟通能力是医学生必须具备的基本素质之一,本研究探讨在高仿真心肺复苏模拟人教学中,医学生沟通能力的培养。方法:128名学生采用高仿真模拟人系统进行心肺复苏技能训练,教师将沟通理念、方法和技巧贯穿其中,考核时对沟通能力进行评分,课后进行开放式问卷调查,分析沟通能力培养在心肺复苏模拟人教学中的重要性。结果:学生认识到在心肺复苏过程中,沟通能力非常重要,贯穿了沟通理念的训练模式更加贴近临床实际。结论:在心肺复苏模拟人教学中,有必要加强医学生沟通能力的培养,以适应新的医学模式的要求。

Communication skills learning in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training using high-fidelity medical simulator

Objective: Communication ability is one of the essential qualities for medical students.The study investigates communication skills learning of medical students in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) teaching using high-fidelity medical simulator.Methods: 128 medical students received CPR training using high-fidelity medical simulator,through which communication ideas,methods and techniques were carried out.The importance of communication skills learning was analyzed with performing scores of medical students and an open questionnaire survey.Results: Students recognize that communication ability is very important in the course of CPR.The training mode binding with communication ideas is closer to clinical practice.Conclusion: In CPR teaching using high-fidelity medical simulator,it is necessary to strengthen communication skills training for medical students to meet the requirements of the new medical model.
