摘    要:目的:调查本院宫颈疾病门诊高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因亚型分布及年龄特点,为宫颈疾病病因提供参考依据。方法:用专用宫颈刷取妇女宫颈脱落细胞,利用基因芯片技术检测23种HPV亚型。结果:1521例患者中检出高危HPV阳性362例,占23.8%,感染率最高的亚型是16型,其他常见亚型依次为52、31、58。HPV感染的高峰年龄在18岁~30岁,而30岁以后HPV感染率明显下降,到40岁~49岁又一感染高峰。结论:HPV检测为一种较为方便、创伤小,敏感性高,是一种有效的宫颈病变的筛查方法。其感染HPV型别、年龄、感染持续时间决定病变的发展与预后。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the gene subtypes distribution of high-risk type human papilloma virus(HPV) and the age characteristics in the cervical disease outpatient,provide a reference basis for the cervical disease cause.Methods:Cervical exfoliated cells were gathered by proprietary sampling brush,using gene chip technology to test 23 kinds of HPV subtypes.Results:362 women were detected for high-risk HPV positive in a total of 1521 women(23.8%),HPV16 had the highest infection rate,followed by HPV 52,31,58.The peak infection of HPV occurred in the age groups of 18~30 years.The infection rate dropped obviously after 30 years old.40~49 years old was another infection peak age.Conclusion:HPV testing can be an effective screening method of cervical lesions with more convenience,less trauma and high sensitivity.HPV type,age of patient,duration of disease infection were highly correlated with the prognosis.
