| 摘 要： | 角膜塑形镜是一种控制近视发展的有效方法，是眼科门诊特殊医疗行为，本文分析了我国角膜塑形镜治疗的现状和配戴记录存在角膜塑形镜验配记录不完整、格式及用语不规范等问题，提出规范角膜塑形镜配戴记录的措施，包括明确眼科医师、护士及验配师各自不同的职责，规范记录内容，加强验配师的培训，监督管理配戴记录质量，从而规范验配师医疗行为，提高服务质量，保障角膜塑形镜配戴者的治疗安全。

| Abstract: | Orthokeratology is an effective method to slow down myopia progression which is also a special medical behavior of ophthalmology clinic.This paper analyzes the current situation of orthokeratology treatment and incomplete wearing records and non-standard mode and parlance in our country.It puts forwards countermeasures of standardizing wearing record of orthokeratogy including specifying duty of doctors,nurses and optometrist,standardizing record content,strengthening training of optometrist,supervising and managing the writing quality.Therefore it may standardize medical behavior of optometrist for improving service quality and guaranteeing treatment safety of patients who wear orthokeratology. |
