如何培养医学研究生的科研创新能力

摘    要:创新教育的目的是培养和造就大批具有创新人格、创新意识、创新能力的复合型创新人才。创新能力培养包括创新意识的培养、创新环境的建立、发挥导师职责、交叉培养方式。建议研究生教育采用合适的两阶段培养,即首先学习理论知识,然后在导师的指导下进行临床实践和开展课题研究。

Abstract:The objective of innovation-oriented education is to cultivate and produce compound-type talents with innovative personality,innovative consciousness and innovative ability.Cultivating of innovative ability includes cultivating innovative consciousness,creating an environment for innovation,bringing the initiative of academic advisors into full play,and adopting cross-cultivation.Education for medical graduate students is divided into two stages: learning theoretical knowledge first and then engaged in clinical practice and carrying out professional research under advisors' guidance.
