粘细菌抗肿瘤活性次级代谢产物研究进展

摘    要:粘细菌能够产生多种次级代谢产物,这些产物具有多种生物活性和作用机理,部分次级代谢产物有很高的抗肿瘤活性,对多种肿瘤细胞有抑制作用。本文主要综述粘细菌抗肿瘤次级代谢产物(如,埃博霉素、芮唑坡丁、双萨拉唑、特吡莱辛等)的化学结构和活性研究进展。

Abstract:Myxobacteria are extraordinary producers of secondary metabolites with various biological activities and mechanisms of action.Many of those compounds demonstrated high cytotoxicity against human tumor cells.In this paper,we summarized the structural and biological characteristics of myxobacterial secondary metabolites with the capacity of anticancer,such as,Epothilone,Rhizopodin,Disorazole,Tubulysin.
