摘    要:目的 :探讨畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)在新生儿听力筛查中的临床意义。方法 :应用耳声发射听力筛查仪 AUDX ,DPOAE法对 3770例新生儿进行听力测定 ,连续监测筛查结果异常者 ,最后做脑干听觉诱发电位 (ABR)确诊。结果 :通过筛查 3770例新生儿 ,最后由ABR确诊听力障碍 4例 ,听力障碍患病率为 0 .11%。结论 :DPOAE测试法是一种快而有效的新生儿听力筛查方法之一。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical significance of DPOAE method in neonatal hearing screening. Methods: 3,770 newborns were screened by DPOAE and the newborns with abnormal result were continuously monitored. The final diagnosis was made by auditory brainstem response(ABR).Results:The prevalence of neonatal hearing disorders was 0.11%(4/3770).Conclusion:DPOAE is proved to be an objective, rapid, and effective method in universal newborn hearing screening.
