| 摘 要： | 目的:调查SARS流行期间民众的认知行为模式与心理承受能力,揭示SARS疫情引起民众心态的变化规律. 方法:采用<"非典"心态调查表>对西安地区从事20多个不同职业的3398名民众进行了问卷调查. 结果:在SARS疫情流行期间,民众的认知和行为模式发生显著变化,而且不同文化程度的民众心态变化趋势不同,心理承受能力上存在显著差异. 结论:面对疫情及突发事件,信息的不确定性是影响民众心态变化的主要因素.

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the public cognitive behavior model and supportability during the prevalence of SARS and to study the SARS epidemic caused changes of public psychosocial status. METHODS: SARS psychosocial status questionnaires were conducted in 3398 Xi'an inhabitants, who come from more than twenty different occupations. RESULTS: The public cognitive behavior model changed significantly during the prevalence of SARS. People of different cultural and educational levels showed different change trend and their supportability was also different. CONCLUSION: The public psychosocial status is mostly affected by the unsureness of information in the event of epidemic outbreak. |
