降脂汤治疗糖尿病伴高脂血症104例临床研究

目的观察降脂汤治疗糖尿病伴高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将154例糖尿病伴高脂血症患者随机分为2组。治疗组104例予降脂汤治疗,对照组予多烯康治疗。2组均3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率82.69%,对照组总有效率62.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组TC治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),FBG、TG、HDL-C治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后2组TC、TG、HDL-C比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论降脂汤治疗糖尿病伴高脂血症疗效显著。

Clinical effect of diabetes with hyperlipidemia treated by Jiangzhi decoction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of diabetes with hyperlipidemia treated by Jiangzhi decoction.Methods 154 Patients of diabetes with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control groups(n=50) were treated by Max EPA.Patients in treatment groups(n=104) were treated by Jiangzhi decoction.The therapeutic course was 3 months in both groups.The effect was evaluated by a course.Result The total effective rate in treatment group(82.69%) was obviously higher than that in control group(62.00%,(P<0.01).) There were significant differences on TC,FBG,TG and HDL-C between before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01 or(P<0.05).) There were only differences on TC between before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences on FBG,TG and HDL-C between before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).There were no differences on TC,TG and HDL-C between both groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhi decoction has a definite effect on diabetes with hyperlipidemia.
