降脂汤治疗糖尿病伴高脂血症104例临床研究

摘    要:目的观察降脂汤治疗糖尿病伴高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将154例糖尿病伴高脂血症患者随机分为2组。治疗组104例予降脂汤治疗,对照组予多烯康治疗。2组均3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率82.69%,对照组总有效率62.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组血清总胆固醇(TC)治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组TC治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),FBG、TG、HDL-C治疗前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后2组TC、TG、HDL-C比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论降脂汤治疗糖尿病伴高脂血症疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of diabetes with hyperlipidemia treated by Jiangzhi decoction.Methods 154 Patients of diabetes with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control groups(n=50) were treated by Max EPA.Patients in treatment groups(n=104) were treated by Jiangzhi decoction.The therapeutic course was 3 months in both groups.The effect was evaluated by a course.Result The total effective rate in treatment group(82.69%) was obviously higher than that in control group(62.00%,(P<0.01).) There were significant differences on TC,FBG,TG and HDL-C between before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01 or(P<0.05).) There were only differences on TC between before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).There were no differences on FBG,TG and HDL-C between before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).There were no differences on TC,TG and HDL-C between both groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhi decoction has a definite effect on diabetes with hyperlipidemia.
