| 摘 要： | 为研究TCD对炎症性脑血管痉挛（ICVS）的诊断价值，选择42例脑膜炎患者进行TCD检测，符合ICVS者33例（占78．6％），而细菌脑膜炎（BM）、结核性脑膜炎（TM）、病毒性脑膜炎（VM）中ICVS的发生率依次为93．7％、83．8％、37．5％。结合文献探讨了ICVS的发生机理及炎症性脑梗塞的关系，提示ICVS程度与梗塞的发生呈正相关。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the value of TCD in the diagnosis of inflammatory cerebral vasopasm. It was examined in the 42 patients with meningitis by the TCD, of which 33 case accorded with Inflammatory Cerebral Vasopasm (ICVS) (78. 6% ), and the occurrence rate of ICVS in Bacterial Meningitis (BM), Tuberculous Meningitis (TM) and Viral Meningitis(VM) was successively 93. 7%, 83. 8%,37.5%. Combined with literature, we inquired into the relation between the occimnce mechanism of ICVS and Inflammatory Ceredral Infarction. |
