微血管密度与p53表达对大肠癌预后的价值

目的 :探讨微血管密度 (MVD)与 p5 3表达对判断大肠癌预后的价值以及MVD和p5 3的相关性。方法 :用免疫组织化学SABC法检测 6 8例大肠癌组织MVD和 p5 3的阳性表达。结果 :p5 3蛋白阳性表达率4 1.2 %。p5 3蛋白阳性表达率与大肠癌组织学分级无关 ,而与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和Dukes分期有密切关系 ;而MVD计数则与大肠癌组织学分级、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和Dukes分期密切相关。p5 3表达与MVD计数显著相关。结论 :联合检测 p5 3蛋白异常表达和MVD可作为大肠癌预后判断指标之一。

RSIGNIFICANCE OF MICROVESSEL DENSITY AND P53 EXPRESSION IN HUMAN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

Objective:To investigate the significance of microvessel density and p53 expression for judging prognosis in human colorectal carcinoma and their corelationship. Methods:The expression of p53 protein and MVD of colorectal carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical method from 68 surgical resected specimens. Results:P53 expression was detected in 41.2% of all tumors. No significant correlation between p53 overexpression and histologic types was detected. The positive expression of p53 correlated with depth of invasion, lymph-node metastasis, distant metastasis and Dukes stage; a close correlation was present between MVD and all of them.P53 had a positive correlation with MVD. Conclusions:Combined analysis of p53 expression and MVD may be accepted as a predictor of judging prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
