| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the reason,prevention and treatment of incision infection and abdominal abscess after laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) for acute appendicitis.Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with acute appendicitis who underwent emergency LA were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After LA,incision infection was found in 5 cases,the infection rate was 3.90%,abdominal abscess occurred in 4 patients(3.12%).Conclusions:As the improvement of LA technology,the incision pollution can be effectively avoi... |
