| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市2005～2010年布鲁杆菌病发病特征,为制定布鲁杆菌病预防和控制措施提供依据。方法对北京市2005～2010年布鲁杆菌病监测资料用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2005～2010年,共报告布鲁杆菌病例77例,年发病率波动在0.01/10万～0.15/10万之间2,008年起呈逐年上升趋势。病例主要分布在近郊和远郊区县,50～59岁年龄组的发病率最高,病例职业主要是农民和离退人员。发病时间集中在4～7月,感染主要与传染源的接触机会有关,其次是非职业人员通过食源性途径感染。高危人群血清学监测资料显示2005～2009年血清阳性率在4.05%～5.35%之间,2010年为1.46%。结论本市布鲁杆菌病发病呈上升趋势,加强健康教育,提高人群对布鲁杆菌病的自我保护意识,促使病例在急性期就诊,是今后防控工作的重点。
