| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术诊治盆腔脓肿的应用价值.方法:回顾分析46例女性盆腔脓肿患者的临床资料,并对比分析腹腔镜手术及开腹手术的疗效.结果:46例患者均痊愈出院,腹腔镜组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及术后切口感染率明显优于开腹组(P＜0.001).结论:腹腔镜手术既可用于鉴别诊断,又可及时治疗,是目前诊治盆腔脓肿较理想的...

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of laparoscopic operations for the diagnosis and treatments of pelvic abscess.Methods:Clinical data of 46 patients with pelvic abscess was retrospectively analyzed.The curative effects of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy were comparatively analyzed.Results:All the 46 patients with pelvic abscess were cured and discharged uneventfully.Laparoscopic surgery had advantages than laparotomy in the blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and postoperative incision infection(P<0.00... |
