| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复新液治疗老年人消化性溃疡35例的临床疗效。方法选择70例老年消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组,对照组35例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组35例在常规西药的基础上加服康复新液。治疗5周后观察临床疗效、症状改善、胃镜检查的情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为91.4%,而对照组仅为74.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论康复新液联合西药治疗老年人消化性溃疡效果好,有效促进溃疡的愈合,值得临床推广应用。
