茶水发酵法制备细菌纤维素及其相关性能研究

摘    要:目的制备纳米细菌纤维素膜,并对其形貌及相关性能进行检测。方法用红茶菌做菌种通过茶水发酵法制备纳米细菌纤维素,利用扫描电镜对其进行形貌结构观察,并对其吸水性、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率等性能进行的检测。结果新鲜制备的细菌纤维素膜为无色半透明胶冻状膜,表面光滑;膜呈疏松的网状结构;其吸水率达到90.5%,而其干膜的再次吸水率仅为70%左右;其拉伸强度及断裂伸长率分别为21.05 MPa及1.8%。结论本研究表明该方法制备的细菌纤维素具有良好的吸水性及机械性能,有广泛的应用前景。
