| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效.方法:回顾分析2010年6月至2011年7月为15例胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术的临床资料.结果:15例手术均获成功,无中转腹腔镜胆囊切除术或开腹手术.手术时间20 ～50 min,平均42 min;术后肠蠕动恢复时间12～24 h,平均16.5 h;术后无出...
