合肥市8～10岁儿童碘营养现况调查分析

目的评价合肥市8～10岁儿童碘营养状况。方法分别在合肥市市区和农村选择8～10岁儿童,采用触诊法检查甲状腺肿大情况,同时采集他们的尿样、家庭食用盐样及饮用水样,测定尿碘、盐碘和水碘含量。结果此次研究共调查8～10岁儿童804名,发现甲状腺肿大9人,甲状腺肿大率1.1%;儿童尿碘中位数为361.9μg/L,城市为370.5μg/L,农村为343.0μg/L,城市与农村儿童尿碘浓度差异有统计学意义。采集盐样788份,盐碘中位数为28.0 mg/kg,居民合格碘盐食用率平均95.1%,城市96.7%,农村93.4%,城乡差异有统计学意义。采集家庭饮用水样493份,饮水碘中位数为8.5μg/L,城市为7.4μg/L,农村为9.7μg/L,城乡差异有统计学意义。结论合肥市8～l0岁儿童碘营养水平超过适宜水平。

Survey and analysis on the status of iodine nutrition in children aged 8 to 10 in Hefei city
