| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜结肠造瘘术治疗高龄晚期结直肠癌患者的应用价值.方法:回顾分析2007年10月至2011年2月为16例高龄结直肠癌患者行腹腔镜结肠造瘘术的临床资料.结果:16例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜姑息结肠造瘘术,无中转开腹.6例行腹腔镜横结肠双腔造瘘术,10例行腹腔镜乙状结肠双腔造瘘术.手术时间平均45 min,术中出血...
