| 摘 要： | 本文对近年来经络研究的新进展作了概述:(1)从穴位和经脉所在的深层组织发现有筋膜、结缔组织、肥大细胞、胶原纤维及组织液积聚,它们在经络感传中发挥了重要作用;(2)资料涉及循经感传的特征、神经生物学基础.涉及经络功能的整体性,即同一经脉上的不同穴位具有同一的临床效应;介绍了络脉的作用和跨节段长距离传递的机制;(3)经脉-脏腑双相联系的客观证明;(4)关于基因芯片技术在经络研究中的应用. 在研究动向方面,经络研究的目标转向功能性探讨,着重于体表-内脏相关的研究;合理分配临床实践和实验室研究的比重和协调;面对近年来的国际竞争,中国的医务和科技工作者感到有不可推诿的责任,从而加速推动经络的研究进程.
