| 摘 要： | 本文报道2组脑血栓形成病人各57例,分别用胞磷胆碱和常规药物治疗。总有效率,胞磷胆碱组(84％)略高于常规药物组(77％),无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但治愈率,前者(37％)明显高于后者(14％),差异非常显著(P<0.01)。说明用胞磷胆碱治疗脑血栓形成能提高该病的治愈率,用药愈早疗效愈好。该药有催醒效果,未见明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | Cerebral thrombosis, 114 patients, divided equally at random into two groups.Citicoline was given to the first group, while routine remedies for the other. Clinical improvements were proved to be 84% with citicoline while 77% in the other. Certainly,it was statistically insignificant (P>0.05).On the other hand, as radical cure concerned, citicoline, 400-500 mg daily by intravenous infusion for 13.8(range 5-29)days was 37%, while the control 14% only. This indicated significantly citicoline is definitely superior than theordinary routine therapy (P<0.01). Clinically, citicoline is especially favoured for those early patients. There is an obvious effect of arousing from sleep and no remarkable side effects for citicoline. |
