康艾注射液联合化疗对中晚期肿瘤患者生活质量的影响

目的观察康艾注射液对中晚期肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例中晚期肿瘤患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例应用康艾注射液联合化疗治疗,对照组30例单纯应用化疗治疗。观察2组近期疗效、生活质量、卡氏(Karnofsky)评分和体质量变化状况。结果2组治疗后疾病控制率(DCR)比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组近期疗效优于对照组。2组食量不受化疗影响率和睡眠改善率比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组生活质量优于对照组。治疗组治疗后体质量较治疗前增加(P0.05);治疗组治疗后Karnofsky评分较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后均增加(P0.05)。治疗组白细胞减少率和胃肠道反应发生率较对照组低(P0.05)。结论康艾注射液治疗中晚期肿瘤具有提高机体免疫力、改善生活质量、保护骨髓、减轻化疗后反应、增加体质量的作用,能提高肿瘤患者生活质量,延长生存期。

Observation of Kang'ai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality of patients with intermediate and advanced cancer

Objective To the effect of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy on life quality of patients with intermediate and advanced cancer. Methods 60 patients with intermediate and advanced cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 30） were treated by routine chemotherapy. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Kangai injection and chemotherapy. The effect, life quality, Karnofsky score and change of weight were observed. Results There was obvious difference between two groups on disease control rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The short - term effect and life quality in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Body weight after treatment was increased in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Karnofsky score after treatment was increased in comparison with that before treatment in treatment group and after treatment in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Hypoleukocytosis rate and gastrointestinal tract reaction occurrence rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kangai injection can enhance body immunity, improve life quality, protect marrow, relief reaction after chemotherapy, increase body weight, prolong survival time.
