萘对小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验

摘    要:用萘对小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变进行试验。昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为5组,每组5只。设3个萘剂量组,100mg/kg(相当于1/6LD_(50))、33mg/kg、11mg/kg。阴性对照组给予空白乳剂,阳性对照组给环磷酰胺50mg/kg。除环磷酰胺为腹腔注射外,其余均以灌胃法给药,连续5d。结果证实萘不引起小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变,提示萘对生殖细胞无潜在诱变性。

Abstract:Mutagenic potential of naphthalene in primary spermatocyte of male mice were studied. 25 male matured mice were divided into 5 groups randomly, ip cyclophosphamide (positive control) 50 mg/kg, blank emulsion(negative control), naphthalene 100 mg/kg(equavalent to 1/6 LD_(50)), 33mg/kg, and 11mg/kg. Cyclophosphamide was administered intraperitoneally, and the rest garage for 5 consecutive days. Metaphase plates of primary spermatocyte were. examined on the 13th day following first exposure. From the above mentioned results of experiments it may be concluded that no chromosome aberration was induced in primary spermatocyte of male mice by naphthalene. It indicatis that naphathalene is not a mutagen in germinal cell of mammals.
