诊疗并发症引起医疗纠纷原因分析及对策

目的探讨诊疗并发症引起医疗纠纷的原因及对策。方法应用回顾性调查研究方法对2007年1月-2011年12月因诊疗并发症引起的医疗纠纷原因进行分析。结果62例医疗纠纷中，因诊疗并发症引起的32例，其中胃镜检查6例，肠镜检查5例，腹腔镜介入治疗6例，心脏介入治疗4例，常规手术治疗11例。结论通过改善服务质量、提高医疗技术水平、掌握告知技巧、规避医疗风险、可减少并发症引起的医疗纠纷。

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Diagnosis and Treat Complications Cause Medical Disputes

Objective To explore the causes and countermeasures of medical disputes caused by complications. Methods Retrospective survey research methods were used to analyze the reason of medical disputes from January 2007 to December 2011 due to the diagnosis and treatment of complications in our hospital. Results In 62 cases of medical malpractice, there are 32 cases caused by diagnosis and treatment of complications. In these 32 cases, gastroscopy accounted for 6 cases, colonoscopy accounted for 5 cases, laparoscopie interventional treatment accounted for 6 cases, interventional cardiology accounted for 4 cases, and the conventional surgical treatment accounted for 11 cases. Conclusion Medical disputes caused by complications can be reduced through improve the quality of service, the level of medical technology, master the skills of informed, and avoid medical risks.
