| 摘 要： | 溃疡性结肠炎(UC),临床上表现主要为持续不愈或反复发作的腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便。临证时常将溃疡性结肠炎分为脾虚湿热型、脾肾阳虚型;阴血亏虚型;肝脾不和型,运用中药进行辨证论治,在采用药物治疗的同时,还常注意采用情志调摄、食疗、灌肠等方法进行配合治疗,以达到满意的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Ulcerative colitis(UC),clinical manifestations mainly for continued more or recurrent abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucous pus blood.Clinical often will ulcerative colitis damp-heat,divided into spleen deficiency of Spleen Kidney Yang Asthenia Type;Yin and blood deficiency type;spleen type,the use of traditional Chinese medicine TCM differential treatment,in drug treatment at the same time,also pay much attention to the emotional therapy,diet therapy,enema and other methods of treatment,in order to achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect. |
