不同海拔高原驻训人员外周血淋巴细胞的变化及意义

摘    要:【目的】研究不同海拔高度的高原驻训人员外周血淋巴细胞比例百分率的变化,分析驻训时间和海拔高度对淋巴细胞百分率和淋巴细胞脆性的影响。【方法】以3个月为界将驻训人员分为常驻高原人员和急进高原人员,按不同海拔高度将驻训人员分120例不同海拔高度血液进行淋巴细胞脆性实验,分析海拔高度对淋巴细胞损伤的影响。【结果】不同海拔高度和不同进驻时间的驻训人员,其淋巴细胞百分率都不同程度的代偿性升高,都明显高于内地人员(P<0.001,)急进高原人员淋巴细胞百分率明显高于常驻高原人员(P<0.001);海拔3 300 m的常驻高原人员淋巴细胞百分率处于正常人群平均水平,急进高原人员的淋巴细胞百分率则显著升高;海拔3 700 m的驻训人员无论是常驻还是急进高原人员,其淋巴细胞百分率均显著代偿升高,明显高于3 300 m和4 100 m海拔高度的驻训人员。随驻训海拔高度的升高,不同组别人群的淋巴细胞百分率差异逐渐缩小,表现急进高原人员高常驻高原人员下降的特点。淋巴细胞脆性实验结果显示,在海拔3 700 m和4 100 m的急进高原人员和常驻高原人员脆性显著高于3 300 m的人员(P<0.01)。【结论】高原环境下驻训人员淋巴细胞百分率显著代偿性升高现象,急进高原人员淋巴细胞代偿性升高显著高于常驻高原人员,并与海拔高度关系密切,海拔在3 700 m高度的人员其淋巴细胞脆性最大。

Abstract:Objective] To study the changes and significance of lymphocytes ratio in PBMC in different altitude training person. Investigate the influence of the training time and altitude to lymphocyte ratio and the frangible lymphocyte. Methods] The training personnel was grouped in rabidity and resident person by the time before and after 3 months and three altitude groups of 3300 miter, 3 700 miter and 4 1130 miter. 100 cases of control group have been used. Hematocyte classify has been used in all individuals and the frangible lymphocyte has been detected in 10 percent of the studies. Results] The lymphocytes ratio in altitude training person is significantly higher than that of backland person in different levels (P〈0.001). The rabidity person' s is significant higher than that of altitude person' s (P〈0.001). The lymphocytes ratio in rabidity is obviously higher than that of resident' s person in altitude of 3 300 miter. The lymphocytes ratio of training person in 3 700 miter is significantly higher than that in 3 300 miter and 4 I00 miter in rabidity and resident groups. The lymphocytes ratio of rabidity is significantly higher than that of resident in 3 300 miter. And in 4 100 miter groups is no significant between rabidity and resident groups. The lymphocyte is destroyed obviously in 3 300 miter to 4 100 miter when it is reacted with tumor cells. The degree of lymphocyte destroying in 3 700 miter and 4 100 miter is more sever than that of 3 300 miter. Cooclusiorl] The lymphocytes ratio is significantly raised in 3 300 miter to 4 100 miter. The raised lymphocyte is significantly high in rabidity than that of resident groups. The frangible lymphocyte is most in 3 700 miter among three groups.
