| 摘 要： | 弓形虫的慢性感染可以导致宿主的情智和行为的改变。其机制主要包括：1）弓形虫感染对宿主神经细胞的直接损害；2）弓形虫感染导致的宿主免疫病理反应；3）弓形虫感染对神经递质的影响等，但具体作用的靶点和分子机制尚不清楚。本文对弓形虫感染所引起的情智行为异常及其发生机制研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Recent studies have shown that chronic Toxoplasma gondii infection can lead to mental and behavioral disor- ders. This occurs mainly via： 1） the direct impairment of the hosfs nerve ceils by toxoplasmosis, 2） the host＇s immuno- pathogenesis response as a result of toxoplasmosis, 3） and the effects of toxoplasmosis on the host＇s neurotransmitters. However, the specific targets and molecular mechanisms of toxoplasmosis leading to mental and behavioral disorders are still unclear. This paper reviews relevant advances in the study of abnormal mental behavior caused by toxoplasmosis and how it occurs. |
