通淋排石法联合坦索罗辛在ESWL辅助治疗中的临床观察

目的为了探讨通淋排石中药联合坦索罗辛在ESWL辅助治疗中应用效果，我们进行了本临床观察；方法将符合纳入指标患者随机分为治疗组和观察组，其中治疗组60例给予通淋排石中药联合坦索罗辛作为ESWL的辅助治疗；对照组60例碎石后给予对症处理，观察两组疗效；结果患者在碎石后的疼痛程度、碎石后血尿的持续时间以及结石的排净率等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；结论患者在ESWL后的辅助治疗中应用通淋排石中药联合坦索罗辛能够显著提高碎石的疗效。

Relieving Stranguria and Expelling Stone Method Combined with Tamsulosin Clinical Observation on the Adjuvant Treatment in ESWL

Objective to investigate the relieving strangnria and expelling stone traditional Chinese medicine combined with tamsulosin application effect in the ESWL adjuvant therapy, we carried out this clinical observation. Methods pa- tients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group, 60 cases in treatment group given relieving strangnria and expelling stone Chinese medicine combined with tamsulosin as auxiliary treatment of ESWL; control group were treate.d with symptomatic treatment, the effect of two groups were observed; the degree of pain, duration of patients in the gravel gravel hematuria and calculus removing rate were better than those of con- trol group（ P 〈0.05） ; Conclusion patients in the adjuvant treatment of ESWL using relieving stranguria and expelling stone Chinese medicine combined with tamsulosin method can significantly improve the clinical application of gravel .
