摘    要:目的检测急性肾损伤(AKI)患者血液循环microRNA-210(miRNA-210)的浓度变化,探讨miRNA-210与AKI患者生存率的相关性。方法共纳入52例AKI患者,选择30例年龄、性别相匹配的健康志愿者作为健康对照组。收集所有研究对象人口学指标、临床及实验室数据,采用实时定量聚合酶链反应检测血液循环miRNA-210水平,COX回归分析模型分析血液循环miRNA-210与AKI的关系。结果存活组和死亡组患者血液循环miRNA-210水平均较健康对照组显著升高,而死亡组患者较存活组血浆miRNA-210水平显著升高(P=0.001)。COX回归分析显示,血液循环miRNA-210水平与AKI患者治疗28d存活有独立相关性(危险比=1.890,P〈0.05)。结论AKI患者血液循环miRNA-210水平升高,而血液循环miRNA-210水平可能被作为AKI患者28d生存的强烈预测因子。

Abstract:Objective To detect the level of the circulating microRNA-210(miRNA-210) in patients with acute kidney injury(AKI), and explore the association between blood circulating miRNA-210 and the survival of the patients with AK1. Methods There were fifty-two patients with AKI in this study. At the same time, the healthy control group consisted of 30 healthy volunteers with age, sex matched. The basic demographic characteristics, clinical and laboratory data of the patients and the healthy volunteers were collected. The level of blood circulating miRNA-210 were detected by real-time quantitative poly- merase chain reaction. The relationship between the blood circulating miRNA-210 and AKI was identified by univariate and multivariate COX regression analysis. Results The levels of blood circulating miRNA-210 in survival group and death group patients were significantly increased than that in healthy control group. And the level of blood circulating miRNA-210 in death group increased significantly compared with survival group( P = 0. 001 ). COX regression analysis showed that the level of blood circulating miRNA-210 was an independent and powerful predictor of 28-day survival( hazard ratio was 1. 890 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of blood circulating miRNA-210 elevates in the patients with AKI. The blood circulating miRNA-210 predicts 28-day survival in the AKI patient may serve as a novel biomarker for AKI.
