鼻内镜检查在鼻咽肿瘤早期诊断中的临床应用价值

目的分析鼻内镜检查在鼻咽肿瘤早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2008年6月至2012年6月诊治的鼻咽部肿瘤疑似患者70例，对患者进行鼻内镜普通检查，并对鼻咽部有新生物且怀疑为肿瘤患者及增生淋巴组织进行鼻内镜活组织检查。结果70例患者中新生物检出者最多，为56例（80．00％），其余依次为出血45例（64．29％），通道闭锁32例（45．71％），淋巴组织增生16例（22．86％），正常10例（14．29％）。从新生物中检出鼻咽癌19例，阳性率33．93％；从增生淋巴组织中检出鼻咽癌4例，阳性率25．00％。结论鼻内镜检查在鼻咽部恶性肿瘤早期诊断中有积极作用，可成为鼻咽癌早期诊断的重要手段。

Clinical significance of nasal endoscopy for diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer in early stage

Objective To evaluate clinical significance of nasal endoscopy for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer in early stage. Methods Seventy patients with suspected tumor were collected as the object of the study, which were treated in the First People＇s Hosptial of Xuzhou City from June 2008 to June 2012. Then the patients received a detection with nasal endoscopy, and the patients with neoplasm in pharynx nasalis was suspected as tumor and with lymphadenosis were detected with nasal endoscopic biopsy. Results The results of nasal endoscopy and nasal endoscopic biopsy founded that the detection rate of neoplasm was the highest（ 56 cases, 80.00% ）, then in order was hemorrhage （45 cases, 64.29% ）, pathway atresia（ 32 cases,45.71% ） ,lymphadenosis （ 16 cases, 22.86% ） , normal tissue （ 10 cases, 14.29% ）. Then 19 cases （ 33.93% ） were detected from the patients with neoplasm ,4 cases（ 25.00% ） were detected from the patients with lymphadenosis. Conclusion Nasal endoscopy has a positive clinical significance for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal malignant disease in the early stage, it can become an improtant means for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
