摘    要:分子生物学技术的快速发展,使基因工程疫苗的研究更加深入。与此种新型疫苗相比传统疫苗已体现出预防效果不够理想,不容易保存,技术难度大,成本高等诸多缺陷。因此,对基因工程疫苗的开拓研究已成为当前疫苗领域的一个热点。本文简要概述了近年来包虫病基因工程疫苗研究现状及其发展前景。

Abstract:The rapid development of molecular biology techniques has led to further progress in the study of genetically engineered vaccines. Compared to these new vaccines, conventional vaccines have numerous drawbacks, e.g. they have less than ideal prophylactic action, they are hard to store, they involve highly complex production techniques, and they are expensive. Therefore, the study of genetically engineered vaccines has been highlighted in the current field of vaccines. This article provides a brief overview of recent developments in genetically engineered vaccines against hydatidosis, the present state of those vaccines, and their prospects for the future.
