| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对利多卡因及穴位电刺激治疗糖尿病性神经痛的观察，研究提高患者依从性及疗效的护理方法。方法：将符合入选条件的200例糖尿病患者输注利多卡因及穴位电刺激，治疗过程中实施护理干预，观察血压、脉搏、空腹血糖、HbAlc及疼痛的变化。结果：利多卡因和穴位电刺激都能明显的缓解糖尿病性神经性疼痛（P〈0．05），且对血压、脉搏、血糖等指标无不良影响。结论：利多卡因和穴位电刺激是临床上治疗糖尿病性神经痛的一种安全有效的方法之一；有效的护理干预，可提高患者对治疗的依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective： The lidocaine and electric acupoint stimulation therapy of diabetic neuropathic pain, study the nursing method to improve the compliance and therapeutic efficacy of patients. Methods： The selected 200 cases of dia- betic patients with infusion of lidoeaine and electric acupoint stimulation, the implementation of nursing intervention in the course of treatment, to observe the changes of blood pressure, pulse, fasting blood glucose, HbAlc and pain. Re- sults：Lidocaine and electric acupoint stimulation can relieve diabetic neuropathic pain significantly （P〈0. 05）,and no adverse effect on blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose index. Conclusion：Lidoeaine and electric aeupoint stimulation is a safe and effective method for the clinical.treatment of diabetic neuropathic pain; effective nursing intervention, can im- prove treatment compliance. |
