| 摘 要： | 小柴胡汤近年来广泛应用于临床各科，根据《伤寒论》中对小柴胡汤病因病机的论述，在临床上治疗因邪犯少阳，少阳枢机不利引起的顽固性久咳、外感发热、流行性腮腺炎、慢性化脓性中耳炎等病，取得了较好的疗效，并附案例以资印证。

| Abstract: | Xiaochaihu decoction used widely in clinic in recent years, for example in pediatric applications ： intracta- ble cough, fever, epidemic parotitis. According to the ＂Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂ of Xiao Chaihu Decoction pathogen- esis discussion, in clinical treatment for invading the Shaoyang, Shao Yang caused of intractable cough, fever, mumps, chronic suppurative otitis media and other diseases, has obtained the good curative effect, and there are cases attached for verification. |
