除湿饮冲剂治疗湿热型湿疹的疗效及对血清白细胞介素4水平的影响

目的探讨除湿饮冲剂治疗湿热型湿疹的临床疗效及其对患者血清白细胞介素4（IL-4）水平的影响。方法选取张家口市第一医院2010年1月至2011年4月收治的湿疹患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予除湿饮冲剂口服治疗，对照组给予苦参片口服治疗，观察2组患者的临床疗效，以及治疗前后血清IL-4水平的变化情况。结果观察组患者湿疹面积及严重度指数评分、瘙痒程度、总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者治疗后血清IL-4水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论除湿饮冲剂治疗湿热型湿疹可明显降低患者血清IL-4水平，疗效确定，毒副作用小，是治疗湿热型湿疹的有效方法。

Curative effect of dehumidification drink granule for treatment of syndrome eczema and its effect on level of serum interleukin-4

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of dehumidification drink infusion for treatment of syn- drome of eczema and its effect on the level of serum interleukin-4 （IL-4）. Methods A total of 80 patients with eczema who admitted in the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou from January 2010 to April 2010 were selected and randomly divided into obser- vation group and control group. The observation group was given moisture drink infusion of oral treatment, and the control group was given bitter ginseng oral treatment,then the clinical efficacy and the changes of serum level of IL-4 before and after treat- ment were observed in the two groups. Results Eczema area and severity index scores, the degree of pruritus, total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, the serum level of IL-4 in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dehumidification drink granule can obviously reduce the serum level of IL-4, with obvious curative effect and minimal side effects as an effective meth- od for the treatment of syndrome of eczema.
