血吸虫病早期诊断研究进展

摘    要:血吸虫病目前仍然是严重危害人体健康的寄生虫病,早期诊断血吸虫病具有重要的临床意义。免疫学方法利用抗原抗体反应检测血吸虫抗原或宿主特异性抗体,而核酸检测技术可直接检测病原体DNA,这两种方法均已用于血吸虫病早期诊断并各有利弊。本文对近年来免疫学检测方法和核酸检测技术应用于血吸虫病早期诊断方面的研究进展进行了综述。

Advances in the study of early diagnosis of schistosomiasis

Abstract:Schistosomiasis is a parasitic disease that is still a serious threat to public health. Early diagnosis is of great clinical significance. Immunological methods can be used to detect schistosome antigens or host-specific antibodies via an antigen-antibody reaction, while pathogen DNA can be detected directly by nucleic acid detection techniques. Both these methods have been used for early diagnosis of schistosomiasis and they have their own advantages and disadvantages. This review summarizes recent advances in immunological methods and nucleic acid detection techniques for early diagnosis of schistosomiasis.
