| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌肠道转移的临床特点。方法 本研究对我院于2000年6月至2006年5月收治的4例胃癌肠道转移患者的诊疗及预后进行了回顾性分析。结果 本研究报道4例胃癌患者，均以肠梗阻症状收入院，手术中证实为胃癌肠道转移。结论 胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤，然而胃癌肠道转移在临床上并不多见，提示患者已经出现广泛转移且预后不良。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical features of intestinal metastases from gastric cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 4 cases of intestinal metastases from primary gastric cancers in our hospital from June 2000 to May 2006. Results All four cases were admitted with symptoms of intestinal obstruction and diagnosed during operation. Condusion Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumors in the world; however the occurrence of intestinal metastases from gastric carcinoma is very rare and typically suggests widespread disease with poor prognosis. |
