| 摘 要： | 胃切除术后消化道的重建是手术成败的关键之一.由于腹腔镜胃癌手术后消化道重建操作难度较开腹手术困难,技术要求较高,术者不仅需要具有一定的常规开腹手术的经验,还应根据肿瘤部位并结合腹腔镜操作特点,选择合理的消化道重建方式和手术器械,规范手术操作,在保证肿瘤根治的前提下尽可能地减少术后并发症的发生,保证患者术后良好的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Digestive reconstruction after gastrectomy is one of the key steps to the success of surgery.. The surgical difficuhv is greater for digestive reconstruction after laparoscopicassisted gastreetomy（LAG）. In order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complication and ensure a good quality of life for patients after gastrectomy, surgeons should have experience in open surgel7 and proper reconstruction technique and surgical instruments should be selected. |
