内蒙古白绒山羊生产性状的遗传趋势分析

摘    要:本研究利用非求导REML方法(DF-REML)分析了内蒙古白绒山羊的生产性状(抓绒量、体重、绒厚、毛长、绒细度以及绒长度)的遗传趋势。结果表明,抓绒量、体重、绒厚、毛长、绒细度以及绒长度的遗传趋势分别为10.4828,0.0414,0.0428,0.4235,-0.0033,0.0335。对主选性状抓绒量的选择取得了显著的进展,由此并带动了绒厚性状的显著进展和绒长度的缓慢增长,而绒细度并没有随着抓绒量的提高而变粗。对于主选性状体重的选择效果不明显。

Abstract:In this study,derivative-free restricted maximum likelihood(DF-REML) method to estimate genetic trend for productive traits(raw cashmere weight,live body weight,cashmere thickness,staple length,fibre diameter,and fibre length) of White Cashmere Goat in Inner Mongolia.The results were that genetic trend of cashmere yield,live weight,cashmere natural length,staple length,cashmere diameter and cashmere stretched were 10.4828,0.0414,0.0428,0.4235,-0.0033 and 0.0335,respectively.The results show that the selection of raw cashmere weight is significantly effective,leading to the significant genetic advance of cashmere thickness and slow increase of fibre length,but fibre diameter didn't become thick with the increase of raw cashmere weight.The selection of live body weight is not effective.
