| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电话回访健康教育对动静脉内瘘术后成熟期的作用。方法：对51例出院患者的资料登记入册，通过电话回访进行健康指导。结果：电话回访对动静脉内瘘术后成熟期具有及时、方便的指导作用，深受患者及家属的欢迎。结论：电话回访可促进患者的遵医行为，提高患者自护能力，完善出院指导。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of calling back interview on hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula maturity in patients who would receive maintenance hemodialysis. Methods ： 51 patients received arteriovenous fistula operation were include in the study, and collected their clinical data before discharge. These patients were followed up through telephone,investigate the effectiveness of health instruction in arteriovenous fistula maturity. Result：Health instruction by calling back interview in patients received arteriovenous fistula operation showed obtained the monitoring information on arteriovenous fistula maturity timely and effectively, it had been well received by the patients and their family members. Conclusion ：Calling back interview is a feasible method in discharge instructions, it could improve the compliableness and self-nursing ability of patients. |
