无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血患者子宫内膜雌、孕激素受体及血管内皮生长因子表达变化的研究

目的:研究无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血(功血)患者子宫内膜血管雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,探讨无排卵型功血的发病机制。方法:随机选取65例无排卵型功血患者子宫内膜为研究组,以65例月经正常健康女性正常增殖期子宫内膜标本为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测研究组及对照组子宫内膜组织中的ER、PR和VEGF的表达。结果:研究组ER、PR的表达显著高于对照组、VEGF的表达显著低于对照组,ER、PR的表达与VEGF的表达呈反向同步。结论:无排卵型功血患者的子宫出血与子宫内膜的雌、孕激素受体和血管内皮生长因子的表达失衡等子宫内膜微环境改变有关。

Study on the change of endometrium estrogen receptor, progestogen receptor and vessel endothelium growth factor of no-ovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients

Objective:To study on the expression of endometrium estrogen receptor(ER),progestogen receptor(PR)and vessel endothelium growth factor(VEGF)of noovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding patient to investigate the nosogenesis of noovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:65 cases of endometria of noovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients and 65 cases of endometria of eumenorrhea female were selected to detect the ER,PR and VEGF of exemplar by immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression of ER,PR of particular disease group was higher than that of control group,otherwise,the expresssion of VEGF of particular disease group waslower than that of control group;furthermore,the expresssion of ER,PR of particular disease group presented backward synchronization with the VEGF's.Conclusion:The haemorrhagia uterine of noovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding patient is concerned with the change of endometrial microenvironment,such as the expression disequilibrium of endometrial ER,PR and VEGF.
