中西药联合体外抑菌实验的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨黄连、黄岑、大黄、金银花4种中药和阿奇霉素、头孢噻肟、左氧氟沙星联合作用对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌作用.方法 用受试菌进行常规药敏实验纸片法测定4种中药和3种西药的抑菌效果.结果 4种中草药和3种西药对3 种受试菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中金银花和阿奇霉素对金黄色葡萄球菌联合作用效果最佳.结论 本研究提示中药具有清热燥湿、解毒消痈、抗炎镇痛功效;西药具有广谱抗菌作用,适用于敏感菌引起的各种感染.体外实验对受试菌具有不同程度的抑菌作用.由于中药和西药在体内作用机制比体外还要复杂,在体内能否达到与体外相同效果尚待进一步研究.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the antibacterial activity of four kinds of Chinese herbs including goldthread root,skullcap,rheum officinale, honeysuckle,and three kinds of Western medicine including Azithromycin,cefotaxime, Ofloxacin and study their resistence to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. MethodsThe size of inhibition zone was messured by using disk diffusion method to observe antibacterial susceptibility. ResultsAntibacterial activity of all medicine was identified. The combination of honeysuckle and Azithromycin performed the best antibacterial activity. The combined antibacterial effect was expressed by using Huangcen plus Azithromycin or Cefotaxime. But Coptidis rhizoma played no role against bacteria whether combined with any kind of Western medicine. ConclusionBoth four kinds of Chinese herbs and three kinds of Western medicine perform antibacterial activity in vitro against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Whether that these medicines will play antibactirial roles in vivo need to study further.
