| 摘 要： | 目的 提高小儿急性阑尾炎的诊治水平。方法 总结我院 1980年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月间收治的 2 95例小儿急性阑尾炎的临床资料。结果 本组 2 95例 ,6～ 12岁 2 6 7例 ( 90 .5% ) ,5岁以下 2 8例 ( 9.5% ) ,其中单纯性阑尾炎 4 7例 ,化脓性阑尾炎113例 ,坏疽性阑尾炎 2 4例 ,阑尾穿孔 79例 ,阑尾周围脓肿 32例。手术治疗 2 38例 ,保守治疗 57例 ,均痊愈 ,无死亡病例。结论 小儿急性阑尾炎重视早期诊断 ,一旦确诊应积极治疗 ,减少并发症

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in children.Methods 295 cases of acute appendicitis in children treated in our hospital from JAN.1980 to DEC 2002 were reviewed.Result 295 cases were reported,276 cases from 6 to 12 years old(90.5 per),28 cases under 5(9.5per),including 47 cases of single appendicitis 24 cases of gangrenous appendicitis,79 cases of perforative appendictis and 32 cases of abscess around appendicitis,238 patients were treated with operation management,57 patients were treated by nonoperation. All recovered well.No died.Conclusion We should emphasized the early diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Once diagnosis was confirmed,active management should be performed to reduce the complication. |
