| 摘 要： | 目的研究泮托拉唑联合生长抑素治疗肝硬化静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效并与奥美拉唑联合生长抑素的疗效进行比较。方法患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组，分别静滴国产泮托拉唑40mg，一日两次和静注奥美拉唑40mg，一日两次，生长抑素及其它治疗两组相同。结果治疗组和对照组24h止血有效率分别为77．05％、80．00％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗过程中所有患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论泮托拉唑联合生长抑素无疑为临床治疗肝硬化静脉曲张破裂出血提供了一种经济、安全和有效的选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of pantoprazole on variceal bleeding of liver cirrhosis compared with omeprazole.Methods Patients were assigned randomly to the therapeutic group and the control group and were given pantoprazole 40mg intravenous transfusion bid or omeprazole 40mg intravenous injection bid.Other therapeutic measures were similar.Results Rate of stop bleeding in 24h was 77.05% in the therapeutic group and 80.00% in the control group.There were no significantly differences between two groups(P>0.05).No obvious adverse effect happened in two groups.Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with somatostatin are economic,safe and valid on variceal bleeding of liver cirrhosis. |
